By submitting your content, including, without limitation, any audio-visual content, audio-only content, footage, written materials, images, decks, pitch material, information or other content (“Submission”) to Escape Route Films LLC (“Company”), the undersigned (“You” or “Your”) agree to this submission form, which incorporates by reference that certain Non-Disclosure Agreement previously entered into by you and Company and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement shall commence upon Your acceptance. For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
You hereby agree as follows:

Company is focused on entertainment and content production, some of which may be like Your Submission as a matter of coincidence. Similarly, others may submit content that is similar to Your Submission as a matter of coincidence.

You understand that Company may be unable to hold Your Submission in confidence in order to determine Your Submission’s value to Company, including disclosing to various employees or employing outside resources. You further understand no employment, partnership, joint venture, independent contractor, or other relationship has been formed between You and Company, nor has any agreement for compensation been entered into for the consideration of Your Submission.

You further understand that Company has no obligation to reveal any information of its own, or any information related to the field of Your Submission. Upon receipt of Your Submission, Your Submission will be owned by Company and will not be returned to You.

Any Submission or further disclosures You provide to Company is based on the understanding that Company assumes no obligation to do more than consider the merits of Your Submission to indicate if Company has interest, and Company has no further obligation to contact You in connection therewith. The foregoing applies to any additional or supplemental Submissions relating to the same subject matter.

By uploading a Submission, You hereby warrant and represent that the Submission meets the following requirements (the “Submission Requirements”): a. The Submission is an original work created and controlled by You and You have the right to use the Submission in perpetuity in all regards and grant the rights herein; b. The Submission is Your original idea; c. The Submission is not sexually explicit, obscene, profane, or offensive, or in violation of any law or regulation (including, without limitation, defamation, slander, or libel); d. The Submission does not promote illegal drugs, firearms, tobacco, alcohol, political agenda, or any activities that may be unsafe or dangerous; e. The Submission does not infringe on the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party or individual.
